I booked the 5-Day Best of Sossusvlei & Swakopmund from Windhoek tour for my parents through SafariBookings with Africa Zim Travel & Tours, and it exceeded all expectations. Every detail was well organized — airport transfers, accommodation, meals, and daily logistics ran seamlessly, which is exactly what you want when booking a trip.
We made 1-day safari to Chobe and 1-day safari to Hwange. We were very happy with everything- easy and friendly communication, all needed information provided in advance, excellent organization of the safaris, time-table was strictly followed, excellent guides provided. Kudzi, our driver, was very professional and met all our needs.
Transportation timing was excellent. Our driver was amiable and kind. The safari itself was ok. Maybe it was during the day that we didn’t see so much animals roaming around. The food could be better. But in general, it is recommendable.
