Booking and Payment

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Clients must report issues immediately during travel. Complaints should be submitted in writing within 14 days after travel. Disputes may be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or Zimbabwean courts where necessary.

Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the Cyber and Data Protection Act (Zimbabwe). Your information will only be used for booking, communication, and legal compliance purposes
